- Assignment of all the stakes in Kojitusanso Co,, Ltd. (75.14% of the total outstanding shares) held by the investment funds managed by DRC Capital (Japanese Limited Partnerships DRCII and DRCIII) was completed on October 20, 2021. The stakes were transferred to JPH Co., Ltd.
